Floor plan

Read the floor before opening an order.

See free, occupied and reserved tables, seat a party with its covers and move from the floor plan to the order without losing context.

Front-of-house team organising service with the NowOS floor plan

Visible table states

The plan distinguishes free, occupied and reserved tables with the context needed to act.

Covers from the moment guests arrive

The cover count follows the order and can later seed an even check split.

A floor that stays flexible

Move an order or join several tables when service demands it.

Time, total or covers: choose the signal you need.

The plan reflects rooms and tables published from the backoffice. On an occupied table, staff can show elapsed time, running total or covers, adapting the view to the moment of service.

  • Switch between multiple rooms
  • Zoom and pan around the plan
  • Each table status at a glance
02

Seat

Open the order from the real table.

Tap a free table, adjust covers and seat the party. The order opens directly on that table, ready for items. For larger parties, several tables can be joined before you begin.

  • Covers pre-filled from table capacity
  • Join several tables for one party
  • Return directly to the plan after firing
03

Bookings

A connected booking finds its place on the floor.

When a reservations provider is connected, its panel appears beside the plan. Staff can search a booking, review its sheet and seat the party at the planned tables or adjust them at the last moment.

  • Bookings grouped by time slot
  • Reserved tables marked on the plan
  • Order linked to the booking when seated
